Cancellation and Refunds Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed for shipping. To request a cancellation, email us at hussainzsameer@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns

Due to the personalised, made-to-order nature of our printed apparel, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selected by the customer, or not liking the product after delivery.

3. Replacement for Defects or Wrong Item

If you receive a defective item (manufacturing defect, print error) or the wrong product, we will replace it free of charge. To request a replacement:

Once we verify the defect, we will arrange a free reverse pickup and ship a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

4. Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we approve the request. The actual credit time depends on your bank or payment provider.

If a payment is debited from your account but the order is not confirmed on our Website, the amount is typically auto-refunded by your bank or Razorpay within 5–7 business days. If you do not receive the refund within this period, please contact us.
